Major Investment by Reysaş GYO to Add Value to Erzurum: Construction of the Palandöken Holiday Inn Hotel Has Begun

Our hotel project is located on a 2,240 m² plot in Solakzade Neighborhood of the Palandöken district. The single-block facility will feature 108 rooms and a total capacity of 216 beds. Considering the region’s climate, sports facilities, and tourism potential, the entire concept of the hotel has been designed with comfort, functionality, and high guest satisfaction in mind.

Holiday Inn Palandöken Hotel will offer modern living and social spaces to meet guests’ needs, including indoor and outdoor parking, a 116-seat restaurant, spacious meeting and conference rooms, a children’s play area, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, spa, sauna, steam room, and technologically equipped common areas. Our project is designed not just as an accommodation facility but as a comprehensive living center where guests can enjoy all four seasons.

With this investment, we aim to add significant value to Erzurum’s tourism infrastructure. We are building a strong structure that will increase the region’s accommodation capacity, bring international brand recognition to Palandöken, create new employment opportunities, and support winter and mountain tourism.
